“Bleach Powder is a newer method bleaching hair. It must always be mixed with oxidizing Emulsion. The
choice of the oxidizing Emulsion is very important as higher the volume, Stronger and quicker the bleach
will be.”
“Take a one third part of bleach powder mild and blend with two third part of Oxidizing Emulsion VOL
20 for creamy paste. Apply mixture area to be bleached and wait till desired shade is achieved. Rinse
with water and apply soothing lotion”
